Abate Safe Co provides a freight estimator to calculate delivery chargers. These charges are based on the nominated postal code, products dimensions and product weight. The freight estimator may also provide the option to pick up the product from a nominated depot location which incorporates the cost to freight the product from the safe manufactures warehouse to a depot location. Freight charges may vary and the final freight amount is deemed at time of purchase.
Abate Safe Co does not accepted returns or refunds for change of mind. The purchaser is responsible for evaluating the products weight, dimensions and specifications. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm goods are satisfactory for their requirements prior to adding them to the shopping cart and completing an order.
Abate Safe Co holds the discretion to accept returns for exchange for a product of equal or great value. A 20% handling fee may apply and the purchaser is responsible for any additional freight charges. The purchaser must notify Abate Safe Co within 24 hours of receiving the goods to request an exchange.
If the purchaser believes there is a fault with the product the purchaser must contact Abate Safe Co within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The issue will be investigated and if the product is deemed faulty Abate Safe Co will issue the purchaser with a returns number. Products returned need to be in original packaging / boxes and undamaged. An exchange will be made for the same product.
If it is identified that the product is damaged during shipping & freight the purchaser must notify Abate Safe Co with 24 hours of receipt of the goods. The issue will be investigated.
If an incorrect item is received Abate Safe Co must be notified within 24 hours. The goods must be kept in original packaging / boxes, undamaged and unused. The goods will be collected and the original item ordered will be delivered to the purchaser
